Problems when checking out

When you wish to purchase an event ticket or a Friends' Membership, you will be faced with the choice of checking out as a guest, logging into an account or creating a new account.

If try to create an account or check out as a guest and you see a message saying that your email address already exists, it's likely that your details have been transferred from our old system to this new one. You therefore have an account as it has been created for you, but you've never logged into it and the password has been randomly generated and of course you don't know it.

To get around this, you need to reset your password. To do this, try logging in then click on the link that says "Forgot password?". Fill in your email address and click Send, and then wait for the password reset email to arrive. When it does, follow the instructions to reset your password. If the email doesn't arrive, be sure to check your junk/spam folder. Please try not to request multiple reset emails, as each request will invalidate the previous one, potentially leading to problems if you try to use an out-of-date email.
